Working from home? We’ve got you covered with a pleasant and ergonomic home office setup — as long as you still drop by for our delicious lunches, rounds of table football, and after-work drinks. During our innovation days and Q-meetings — whether in the orchard or around the conference table — you’ll get to share your ideas and help shape the future.
What we offer
We do everything we can to provide you with a fun working environment, where you are valued for your effort and commitment, and where you can truly be yourself. But also a place where you are encouraged to share your own ideas and given the freedom to develop yourself.
We embrace several methods, such as Scrum, Lean Startup, OKR, and Holacracy, which provide a clear structure within the organization. The organization is flat, and business goals are defined together with the team. Everyone contributes from their own role.
Every two-week sprint ends with company-wide demos and a friendly Friday afternoon drink. And let’s not forget the awarding of the Sprint Trophy.
The office and the workplace
Our modern office is located in Delft, on the edge of the city center. Close to the train station, and with its own parking garage. Surrounded by lots of greenery, the bright workspaces are equipped with all conveniences. Height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and — as you prefer — laptop, monitor(s), mouse, and keyboard.
We also run our own public coffee bar, Café If Then, where you (and our clients) can enjoy a great cup of coffee and where we all have lunch together every day.
Working from home is also an option. All Scrum events are offered in a hybrid format, so you can join in from anywhere. The Developer Team spends two days a week at the office for joint events (Sprint Planning, Refinement, and Retro).
